System Libraries & Operating System Exception: Standard system libraries, kernel interfaces, platform SDKs, platform-mandated vendor compilation tools, and hardware runtime drivers natively provided by the underlying Target System or operating system vendor are excluded from the prohibitions of this clause, provided they are general-purpose components of the Target System and not created specifically to circumvent the build transparency or open-source requirements of this License. The build environment, source code, execution, and local configuration must remain transparent, fully reproducible, and independent of any single vendor's proprietary ecosystem. 6. Mark Modifications: Any Modification must be explicitly marked as altered. Modifications must include a prominent notice in the source code and in user-facing interfaces (if any such interface exists) stating that the original Work was altered.
